In other words, can someone tell me what are the major/minor causes of these stuff that I should avoid. I want to get rid of my facial problems naturally. Besides what i shouldn't do, I also want to know what I should do to get rid of this problem. Acne is pre-determined genetically a lot of the time, and having acne-prone skin or oily. You can help against future break outs by using a cleanser with salicylic acid and exfoliants (Biore unclogging scrub is good)and after you wash, always go over skin with a saturated cotton ball w/ astringent, it closes pores and the kind that has salicylic acid is the one you want (Cleanr and Clear). keeping benzol peroxide medication on your skin to absorb oil and kill bacteria that causes the acne. (Oxy, CLean and Clear.) Stay away from fish (fish oil/iodine in fish has acne causing properties.) and fast food. Eat healthily and exercise to get rid of toxins. Good luck.
There are many things that can cause acne, including genetics. You cannot do anything about your genetic disposition to get pimples. However you can some things to help reduce them:

1. No sodas, EVER

2. Cut back on the amount of sugar snacks that you eat, only have a sweet treat like once a week.

3. Don't eat a bunch of junk food like chips and greasy fast food- think about what comes out of those pimples, it is a form of that nasty food you put in your body.

4. Do eat a variety of fruits and vegetables of different colors to help supply your body with vitamins and minerals

5. Wash your face with a basic scrub, like an Apricot scrub every day.

6. Get some sun! Sunlight helps dry out the pores on your face not allowing greasy ick to get in them

7. Wash your face after you exercise or have been sweating, even if you just rinse with some water and dry with a paper towel in the bathroom.

8. I think proactive is one of the best products out there, and even though you want to do it naturally, this may help you more than you realize. It is not that expensive and can last a while if you use it carefully.

All of the stuff I listed earlier as well as the use of proactive cleared up most of my husband's acne. He still breaks out, like I said you can't change your genetics, but it is so much better than it was a year ago. Good luck!
Don't touch your face. It's a very common thing to do. Also, make sure your hair doesn't either aswell because if it is oily, it may worsen the acne.

Drink 8 glasses of water per day. I use to make a chart so I would know how much I made.

Use a gentle cleanser in the morning and afternoon. Apply oil-free moisturizer to your face, so it doesn't block the pores. If you dry out your skin, it will react by producing even more oil.

Eat 5 fruit/vegetables per day. Try them raw.

If you do all this, then you will probably get less and less acne, until all of it is gone. It may take a week, but it is worth it, so maintain it. This is what I've been doing for the past year and I haven't had any acne or breakouts.
I struggled with acne for many years. I used proactiv every morning and night. I got some natural light from the sun which also helped. Now that its almost winter, the sun wont be out that much. Pro active and facial wipes if i didnt have time for the whole pro active routine workeed for me. Hope you get help!
Rub white vinegar on the face with a wrong during a shower. For body acne rub on the vinegar with a loofah. Vinegar is a natural, mild acid that kills bacteria. Only do this once a day as you don't want to over-exfoliate.
I put toothpaste on mine (I rarely get them) overnight then in the morning they're dryed up and you can just pick them off. But I wouldn't recommend it for acne, idk how good it is for you...

Soap is bad for your skin, because of it's PH level.

The best thing to do is wash your face with warm water every night and every morning.

POP IT!@
wash your face ever day with soap and water
