This is what you can do now. Take a washcloth and run it under very hot water. Then put it on the pimple until the washcloth stops steaming. Then run it under the hot water and put it on again. Keep doing this until the pimple pops and the pus will come out. Your skin will be red around the pimple. Put some basatration on the pimple and don't touch it for a few hours. After about 10 hours, you should be able to put foundation over it and you won't be able to see the little bump. Note that if the pimple is big, it might take more then 10 hours to stop the inflammation.

You may not be able to totally get ';rid'; of them, but it may soften your breakout... Go to the store and buy a cleanser with 2% sastylic acid (neutrogena, clean n clear etc...) and wash your face atleast twice a day. If you are getting pimples along your hair line try keeping your hair off your face at night. I use old t-shirt sleeves for this.... You can also buy some witch hazel/cotton balls and swab your face twice a day as well. Don't pick/touch your face and if it's really bad Clean and Clear sells a on the spot acne treatment it's clear and it really works I would recommend using that at night after the cleanser, witch hazel. Just dab it on the pimples 2x a day as well... Good luck
well...you can dry it out..that should usually work...try applying white toothpaste or talcum powder on it overnight..tht shud do the trick...gud luck
Ive found that you can. It is actually a cheap little bottle at walmart but it works magic. Its called acne treatment creme by equate. Its in a little blue tube and it has 10% benzoyl peroxide and let me tell ya its awesome.
Before bed put a warm, wet washcloth on it for a few minutes, then dab on some plain white toothpaste. The toothpaste will dry it out.

It depends on your skin. If you don't normally get pimples then yes, with the right cleanser, but If it's just a pimple that you have everyday than it's really hard to.
