What is the best way to get rid of pimples?

I don't have oily skin, but i intend to get alot of small pimples. What is the best solution? Does Pro active really work? What is the best way to get rid of pimples?
Squeeze them... close to the mirror, and leave it for your kid brother or sister.

Well, actually, the best thing to do is watch your sugar consumption, cut the fat, and take a B vitamin every other day, say like a Stress Tab. Drink a whole lot of water, and when you wash your face with soap and water, do not scrub with a wash cloth. That just irritates the skin which can cause a breakout. What is the best way to get rid of pimples?
What i do twice a day, every day is this;

First i wash my face with the Neutrogena Wave, which works AMAZINGLY. Next, you should use a toner to remove all the dirt and extra make-up on your skin. After, moisturize with something with a SPF to protect your skin from the really harmful sun. Make sure you exfoliate your skin 1-2 times a week, your skin sheds dead skin every 7ish days and if you dont get rid of it, it will clog your pores and create inflation[pimples]. Don't use an exfoliater that is apricot scrub because it has shells that wear away your skin layers. Use something with soft, microbeads.

K well good luck, hope to help=]
Consider taking a shower both before you go to bed and as soon as you get up. I use Neutrogena's Deep Clean Scrub in the shower. Maybe even look for a clay mask you can put on and rinse off before bed. I put on Differin cream on my blemishes before bed.

Also remember to change your pillow case daily! It holds the oils from your face.

Remember to keep your oils from your hands and hair away from your face as much as possible.

Also, look for concealers that will cover blemishes but won't make them oilier. Both Clearasil and Neutrogena have a good concealer out.

If all else fails, go to a dermatologist and they'll give you stronger stuff, both external and internal stuff you can take.
What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into pimples. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly pimples.

Before trying any treatment, I suggest you read this informational source that listed the most effective acne treatments available:

P.S. I also know someone who used to suffer from severe acne for 14 YEARS and finally got rid of it completely. She's sharing her story at her site:

Good luck.
well this is what i do

wash with Boire scrub

and then swish with a biore face wipe

do nawt squeeze, it could make it worse

and the thing i REALLY REALLY WANT

there is a thing called zeno and they sell it at wallgreens

and it is a pimple ZAPPER

you just hold the little thing up to your pimple

and it goes away in less than a day

however, it is $129.00..............
worst thing to do is to squeeze them! a Derm would be your best bet as they can prescribe oral medications and topical meds also. If you the route of OTC then this is what I recommend.

washing your face with baking soda and water do it gently so not to irritate your skin. moisturize with rosehip seed oil
The result usually varies from person to person ,you have to actually try it to see if it helps. Apply fresh mint juice every night to treat acne and pimples as this is a good home remedy for acne.More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/
the best solution... se a dermatoligist but if you dont want to go that far then go to the pharmacy and pick up somthing. sometimes i put a warm cloth on it and squish it on my mirror =)
