Fastest way to heal a red mark left by pimples?

What is the fastest way to heal/repair red mark left by pimple on face? Possibly natural home remedies that are effective. Gently dab a small amount of Lavender Essential oil. It will take out the redness and help the skin to heal.

I was told Retina-A Micro by a dermatologist, im not sure if you can get it over-the-counter or not. But i have a prescription for it. Try it!
Benzylperoxide will dry it out. If you don't have that, apply rubbing alcohol with a q-tip 4 to 5 times a day until cleared.
dab of toothpaste (white paste) left on overnight clears it up! and an icecube too will calm the red down.
