There is a pimple on the underside of my toe with a black center. It hurts when i step in the shower. The pimple hurts with direct pressure of a sharp object on it. It used to be softer and hurt but now it is hard and it still hurts with direct pressure. What is wrong with my toe? Pimple like thing on bottom of toe. It hurts in the shower.?
