it really depends. if you have a lot of them, you could go to the doctor and get face medication.
if it isn't that bad, make sure you use a good face wash, morning and night.
also, clean and clear advanced treatment is really good.

there is a kit, and just a specific spot treatment.

also, don't pick at them, that only makes them worse, and it scars. it night you can put toothpaste on them, also. if you use an antibacterial cream on them, that helps as well. like... putting on some neosporin before bed,...

I've heard that Proactiv is a really good product.
It also depends on the way you use any product, if it will work or not. You have to be consistent, follow the directions, et cetera.
Also, make sure to splash your face with hot water before applying the product, and afterwards with COLD water.
Hot water opens poors - letting the product do its job easier. Cold water closes poors, so that when you've cleansed them no dirt can get inside as easily. ;]

i would love to give you an answer, but i have the same problem and i also need an answer. i recently got bangs and before i had them, my forehead was completely clear of zits. now.... YIKES! hundreds of them covering my forehead!!!! and i have to put my bangs up for cheerleading. so, yeah, i need help with that too.

and then i started using facial scrub before bedtime and every morning when i wake up... after that i put facial cream and moisturizer for totally cleansing...

only pop them if they are pussy (the white stuff) after doing that get proactiv and use that it worked great for me. if you cant afford that go to target and get the ';clean and clear'; ointment in a silver tube. that works overnight magic!
leave them alone dont popem or use tooth paste ask ur doc bout differin and go to truthaboutzits.com and make sure u wash ur face every nite specially after sweating or havin make up on and make sure ur hair dosent have gel or hairspray or any chemicals when u go tosleep or all dat cloges ur pores at nite cuz it stays on ur pillow and u rub ur face on it wen sleeping
I know it sounds wierd, but it works...Phillips Milk of Magnesia...its a laxative but if you have an annoying swollen pimple, if you just rub this on there the swelling and reddness will be gone in 30 minutes! Trust me!

I've actually heard the best way to get rid of pimples fast is to use ear wax and rub on them. dont know if its true... just somethin i've heard
umm i use noxema put it on the pimple and then let it stay there for awale untill it drys and then wash it off
