water water water drink green tea daily, don't touch ur face. go tot he doctor nd they'll see how bad ur acne is or w/e u have and then they will prescribe a medicne and the u use it and then you see the difference
go to your doctor. he or she will help you w.that. and if you cant afford what they give you just go to a drug store. and read the bottles and see if they have what you need. good luck!
