Try Zeno. It's the only handheld medical device approved by the FDA for over the counter sales to remove acne. In clinical trials it showed a 95% efficacy rate in 24 hours. It works by heating the p-enzymes in the body which attack the bacteria that cause acne and cause the pimple to self destruct leaves no scarring and the heat level is very tolerable. Like a hot compress.
use soap (body wash, etc)and mix it with2 or more spoonfuls of sugar. do it when you wake up and before you go to bed...also your face will be soft
use salt to rub.
pop them
if you have severe acne a doctor can give you medicine .if you keep washing your face with soap and exc..you may be making it work best advice is to keep just clear water to rinse your face and keep everything off it ...it is also important to gentle touch your face because if you scrub it you are infecting and moving more bacteria around
i dont know about the hair but just keep your face cleaned twice a day even when u wake up.use no make up or oily stuff on your face.also could use rubbing alcohol will work.
Although many people suffer from this condition only during the teenage years, pimples can occur throughout adulthood, depending on your hormonal activity, heredity and hygiene.
Steps:
1. Resist the urge to attack when these plugged sebaceous glands pop up. In other words, don't pop your pimples'this can cause infections and even scarring.
2. Keep in mind that a combination of hormonal activity, a buildup of bacteria and the shedding of dead skin cells causes pimples. Do what you can to prevent a breakout by establishing a skin-care routine appropriate for your skin type.
3. Have patience. It could take up to one month for a blemish to disappear completely. The less you poke at it, the better.
4. Buy an antibacterial, oil-free concealer that can blend the redness of the pimple into your own skin color. Green shades tend to offset redness the best. (This might not be an option for those who don't wear makeup.)
5. Try a facial mud mask. This may shrink a pimple.
6. Realize that despite the happy teens in the commercials, 'zit zapping' solutions'medications you apply directly to pimples'don't do much more than dry out the top layer of skin covering the pimples. These medications don't provide a long-term cure.
7. If you are going to break the rules by 'extracting the blemish''aesthetician-speak for popping your pimple'wash your hands, then lightly squeeze the top of the pimple with a tissue or cotton swab. Clean the area thoroughly when you're done. If nothing happens, leave the pimple alone until it's ready to pop.
Tips:
If you're desperate (you get an unsightly blemish two days before your wedding, perhaps), consult a dermatologist about receiving a shot of cortisone to eliminate a pimple.
Warnings:
Pimples can indicate the presence of acne, a chronic skin disease. If you have recurring pimples, talk to a dermatologist about acne medication. Your dermatologist may prescribe antibiotics, certain brands of birth control pills, or even Accutane for severe acne.
Consider carefully before using Accutane. Although this is the only truly long-term solution for severe acne, it can have serious side effects and is known to cause serious birth defects when taken during pregnancy. Sexually active women who use Accutane should use two forms of birth control.
The right way to treat those nasty zits
When you wake up in the morning, put ice cubes on your zits. Then use a facial wash or soap. After you've done that, get a cotton ball and use any facial cleanser. Before you go to bed, again use ice cubes then your facial wash, then pat dry. Then you slice a potato and leave it on your face overnight. Just continue this routine until the zits are gone.
exfoliating every other day
- moisturizing
- witch hazel or Clinique's liquid solution
- Clinique's facial soap
You need to reduce the stress in your life.
pop the zits on your face and use the pus to soften your hair.
dont pop
use lemon juice on your skin
because its acid and it gets rid of pimples
it works
over night usually
hair... lemon juice as well
it lightens it ... my hair is blonde .. not colored just naturall.. and the lemon juice makes it a little lighter... and it softens it too...
just buy lemon juice anywhere in a bottle... its like $1 at like walmart... im sure you have it... it works for alot
Ok for the pimples make a mixture of baking soda and water paste and put a dab on the pimples (will dry them out) do not pop them cause that can cause scarring. As for the hair try putting virgin olive oil on letting that sit for about 10 minutes before washing your hair and using a conditioner.
Try Using Proactiv Solution. You will see results quickly and it works Great.
Just leave it alone and don't disturb it. It really works.
