I think i have an ingrown pimple?

My friend is too embarrased to ask on his account so he wanted me to ask


its a red mark on his foot


its on his heel kinda to the side


anyway its red and theres a big dot in the middle and off to the side is a little red line what is is and is it life threatening?I think i have an ingrown pimple?
It could very well be MRSA. And it can kill quickly if it is that. See-
