ok so if you are going to ask a questions about this then grow up and say vagina it is very immature to say va-j-j. and it is probablt just a pimple cus you can get pimples near or around the vaginal area.
That could be a boil (staph) which is very contagious and will eventually pop. It could also be something that a gynecologist should look at. Don't try to treat this yourself because it could spread... see a doctor. Best of luck.
