My mom has the same thing! She went to a dermatologist and she said it was caused by the oil glands. You can get laser treatment or retina also helps get rid of it. i have it too! it's so annoying. i went to the doctor since mine was really bad. i got something perscribed, but it had legal steroids in it. it got better really fast. but i would not reccommend it. once i stopped using it, it came back worse. those bumps are called something with a k and a p. i can't remember. i use Eucerin plus intensive repair lotion. mine is more mild after i used it.
